Last night was much better after a sushi dinner and ice cream with fresh strawberries for dessert. I was pretty much fine by the time I went to bed.
Today's actual treatment was totally a non-event. It really did only take 5 min and it was no big deal at all. I can totally handle 5 minutes. I still got the nice waffle weave print on my forehead, but other than that, it was no problem. I don't think I feel anything yet, though I keep wondering with every little ache or twitch. I had some more ice cream as a preventative against a sore throat and I've been trying to stay really hydrated. Hopefully this will stay the same for the next 14 treatments.
